Qualcomm’s New Snapdragon 850 Processor Mobile Platform For Windows 10 PCs
Qualcomm has officially announced the Snapdragon 850 processer for Windows 10 PCs. The new processor come with new Always Connected Windows 10 PCs that may arrive during the end of 2018 or in 2019. Qualcomm’s New Snapdragon 850 is launched on 4 June 2018. Samsung company announced that it will implement the next generation Snapdragon 850 mobile compute platform for always on, always connected user experience. Qualcomm’s New Snapdragon 850 to features the first consumer based 5G modem.
It come with a 10nm leading node efficient technology which heat less during gaming and by performing heavy task on the device. If we compare to 14nm technology processor it provide more portable, sleeker design for for mobile industry.
In addition, new and improved features on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 850 Mobile Compute Platform can support on device experiences for AI (Artificial Intelligence), and users can expect camera, voice and battery life enhancements.

The Snapdragon 850 processor is almost exactly like the Snapdragon 845. However, the 850 was specifically designed for Always Connected Windows 10 PCs. The Snapdragon 850 includes the Snapdragon 845’s Kryo 385 CPU cores, an Adreno 630 GPU, Hexagon 685 DSP, support for 1.2Gbps LTE and Spectra 280 image signal processor, according to android police. The Snapdragon 850 also gets a slight CPU boost with 2.96GHz speed versus the 2.8GHz in the 845.
Snapdragon 850 is much more powerful than Snapdrgon 845 but sad part is this it will come in end of 2018 or starting of 2019 in Windows PCs.
